How long until my logbook is ready?
Usually 24 to 72 hours after you finish uploading. We'll email you when it's in.
Is it per aircraft?
Yes. Each aircraft has its own plan. Single-engine and twin are priced differently because twins have twice the engine records.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings, in two clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no minimum term and no setup fee.
What's your refund policy?
Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your annual plan renews and you forgot to cancel, ask within 14 days and we'll refund the renewal. Monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel before the next charge at any time.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
We keep them. Your aircraft is locked when your plan ends, and resubscribing brings everything back exactly as you left it. If you'd rather we delete everything, just ask.
Do you tell me whether my plane is airworthy?
No. Maggneto organizes what your logbooks say and tracks when things are due. Airworthiness is always your mechanic's and your call.
