Components & engine tracking

Track each engine, prop, and accessory on its own time

Your airplane is not one number. It is an airframe, one or two engines, a prop, and accessories, each with its own hours and history. Maggneto tracks them separately so a mid-life engine and a fresh overhaul never get averaged together.

How it works in Maggneto

  1. 1

    Build out the aircraft

Add the airframe, each engine, the propeller, and accessories, with make, model, serial, total time, and time since overhaul.

  2. 2

    Watch each one against TBO

Every component shows a progress bar toward its time between overhauls, so you can see what is approaching from a long way off.

  3. 3

    Keep its history with it

Work logged against a component stays attached to it, so a prop strike or a cylinder change is where you would expect to find it.

Who this helps most

Homebuilders tracking the engine and accessories they installed, owners watching TBO approach, and mechanics who need the history attached to the right part.
